Terms of Use & Acceptable Use

These terms govern access to and use of ASolution by individuals and organizations.

Effective and last revised: 19 October 2026
Important: ASolution is a software tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice or for your own independent, securely stored backups.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using ASolution, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use ASolution for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Consumers retain all mandatory rights provided by applicable law; nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Purpose of the Service

ASolution is business-management software that may include accounting, payroll, human resources, sales, purchasing, inventory, legal-management, reporting, and related functions.

ASolution does not provide legal, accounting, tax, payroll, employment, regulatory, or financial advice. You must independently review system output before relying on it or submitting it to any authority.

3. Your responsibility for information

You are responsible for all information entered, imported, uploaded, generated, or stored through your account. You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The information is accurate, complete, lawful, and appropriate.
  • You are authorized to collect and process it and have provided required notices or obtained required consent.
  • Access is granted only to authorized users.
  • Reports, calculations, filings, deadlines, and transactions are independently checked.
  • Information is corrected or deleted when legally required.

ASolution does not verify the accuracy, legality, ownership, or completeness of information entered by users.

4. Backups and exports

You are responsible for maintaining independent, current, and securely stored backups of information required for your personal, professional, or business activities.

You should regularly export your information using the tools available in ASolution or another method you consider appropriate. Backups should be stored separately from the Service and periodically tested.

Any operational backup maintained by ASolution is intended for service operation and recovery. It is not a replacement for your own backups and may not permit restoration of individual records.

5. Availability and discontinuation

ASolution is provided on an “as available” basis. Continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability is not guaranteed.

The Service may become unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, internet or hosting failures, security incidents, third-party failures, legal requirements, force majeure, suspension, termination, financial circumstances, or permanent discontinuation. You must not use ASolution as the only location for business-critical or personally important information.

Where reasonably possible, ASolution will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to export information before planned permanent discontinuation. Advance notice may not be possible during emergencies or circumstances outside ASolution’s reasonable control.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting credentials, managing users and permissions, disabling access that is no longer required, securing devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You must not share credentials, bypass security controls, introduce malicious software, interfere with the Service, or access information without authorization.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use ASolution for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; to store information you are not authorized to process; to transmit malicious code; to probe or circumvent security; or in a way that damages or unreasonably burdens the Service.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASolution is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user information, unauthorized account use, failure to maintain independent backups, reliance on unverified reports or calculations, or events outside ASolution’s reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASolution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use, security risks, non-payment, misuse, breach of these Terms, or circumstances requiring the Service to cease operating. Before closing an account, you should export all required information. Following termination, access to information may become unavailable.

10. Changes

ASolution may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable method when practicable. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
